Go straight to bed when you get home, don’t do anything dishes, laundry, etc.-that can wait til later. Sleep while they are in school. Don’t worry about how clean you house is, they won’t remember that later in life. Pick one day and get it all done. Participate in their sports-that they will remember. Don’t kick yourself if you need to miss it sometimes. Sleep is important, make sure you get enough, consecutive hours is best but some days that’s just not possible.  I’ve napped in the car many times, I’ve slept in the bleachers during all day tournaments between games/wrestling matches.
